Contact Cisco’s Security Facilities Operations Center at +1-800-206-5647 or +1-408-525-1111. Select option 4, for GSX and the operator will escalate any issues to the on-call GPS Manager. Alternatively, contact an onsite GSX team member or security officer for assistance.
The Operations Center number may also be used for any assistance (security, employee relations or medical support) that is required after normal GSX operating hours. In an emergency, however, please call 911 immediately.
In case of an emergency inside the Mandalay Bay and/or MGM Grand properties, please DO NOT call 911 by mobile or other phone. For Mandalay Bay, please call +1-702-632-7911 or 77911 (house phone) and for MGM Grand, please call +1-702-891-3600 or 5-3600 (house phone). These numbers will connect you to the hotel security offices who will contact 911 for the emergency. It’s important to note emergencies inside large facilities like our GSX Hotels require careful coordination in order to get the right emergency service providers to the scenes as quickly as possible. Calls directly to 911 may delay the emergency services response.
