Cisco GSX will take place in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Global Sessions on August 26 and August 28 will be available via broadcast for anyone who is not able to join in Las Vegas. All other content will be available on demand, the week following Cisco GSX.

Yes. Cisco GSX is a required training event for all eligible employees. If you are unable to attend, please indicate so on the registration form when it’s available in June.

If you received an invitation to attend the Tech Elevate Auxiliary Meeting, please arrive in Las Vegas on Saturday, August 23 and depart on Friday, August 29. Departure flights after 20:00 on Thursday, August 28 are also acceptable. If you have been invited to attend Tech Elevate only, please arrive in Las Vegas on Saturday, August 23 and depart on Monday, August 25.

Please note Tech Elevate registration and housing will be booked separate from Cisco GSX. Stay tuned for more details from the Tech Elevate team.

Travel reservations can be made now through Cisco's Travel Services. When booking travel, as your purpose of trip, select 'Cisco GSX FY26' if you're attending both Cisco GSX and Tech Elevate. Select 'Tech Elevate only' if you're only attending Tech Elevate.

Attendees should arrive on Monday, August 25 and depart on Friday, August 29. Flights departing after 20:00 on Thursday, August 28 will be permitted provided the attendee does not have an Auxiliary Meeting on August 29.

Personal travel is permitted within a business trip providing the cost is less or equal to the lowest logical economy/coach fare for the event travel dates. Concur is unable to accept personal credit cards, therefore any deviations, for personal reasons, that are more than the original Cisco GSX fare, must be booked via your American Express travel desk and additional costs will be the responsibility of the individual. Registration will be available in late June. You will receive an email when it’s time.

Hotel reservations can be made at the time of registration in late June. Hotel reservations made outside of the GSX registration tool will not be reimbursed.
